Here at Levinson Locations, we’re ready to get back to work! We understand that in this new world, crew members are going to need to wear multiple hats. Luckily, us KLLers are well-versed in performing multiple jobs on set and are ready to jump in, which led us to the creation of our newest sister company, Wellness on One!

Through Wellness on One, we are offering full-service COVID Planning for Productions, including COVID testing and COVID Compliance Officers. Visit Wellness on One to schedule your next test session or call Tia at 952.465.7938 to further discuss your production needs. 

• Implement and oversee health and safety protocol as outlined by CDC and OSHA
• Daily crew temperature readings available prior to entry to location
• Frequent sanitization of most-touched surfaces within location to ensure cleanliness and safety for duration of the shoot
• Ensure social distancing whenever possible
• Oversee health and safety standards in regards to crafty and catering, including serving all food and beverages to crew to minimize exposure
• OSHA Health and Safety trained location managers available 
• Filing of production’s COVID waiver

• Procuring your selected test and a medical professional to administer it at a site of your choice
• Chicago testing location available
• Single point of contact for HIPAA-compliant management of test authorizations, data and results
• Creation and management of crew testing schedule for multi-day shoots
• Direct communication with the crew for test reminders and results
• Contact tracing as needed
• Recommendations for adhering to Chicago’s Emergency Travel Order
• Helping productions understand the role of testing as one component of a comprehensive COVID safety plan

Beyond our regular location management services, we are offering the following additional services. 

• We have pre-cleared a library of locations that are willing to host shoots as long as all health protocols are followed and PPE worn

• We are happy to have a COVID intake call to help you walk through likely location scenarios and help you correctly bid jobs in a post-COVID world
